Bad intercape

Intercape is the absolute worst savagery, ****gery and *******.I am appalled by their ignorance,arrogance and their incompetence.My daughter was stuck on a road tuesday as one of their busses broke.they gave me a discount voucher due to my complaint, I was told first the voucher is R459.afterwards the lady told me if they gave me the difference they would take the agent for a hearing.I asked for a refund on my ticket I booked they said I cant get refund due to voucher it was never communicated.but now I wontget a refund.this is my last time using this bad service
