Bad experience with intercape buses

I had a very bad experience with intercape bus was traveling from JHB to Durban i paid for 3 people only to find that my baby didn't havea chair she had to sit on my lap all the way to Durban m really not happy imagine carrying a 4 year old all the way to Durban

Thank you very much to i did get response from intercape buses .they did apologize for the incident hopefully this wont happen to anyone.
