Bad experience with intercape bus no. 861 02/9/2026

Intercape issued a bus with mechanical issues. We were ment to departure at 09:50 am from PMB with bus number 861. We have driven the whole day with no aircorn, no mechanics sent to check on this bus. We went to arrive in Joburg at 5:30pm. Right now we are in Villiers at 20:09 pm driving on a slow motion bus. What a terrible service one had to experience today. The call center indicated to be aware of the mechanical problem but still did not send a bus. It is at night and for us who doesn't have transport it is an issue. The drivers have turned to be their own mechanics.
