Bad experience with intercape

I am very disappointed with intercape services. I bought the ticket on Wednesday 19/02/2020 for the bus from cape town to Port Elizabeth that leaves on the 21 feb friday at 7pm.I was told the bus starts in cape town station to bellville .when I went to Bellville I was told the bus started in Belleville to cape town. When I called their call center to informed them I was given incorrect information. They told me they take the ticket as its been used whereas I did not departure with the bus the other bus to pe left me standing in Bellville. they told me to buy a new ticket I taught its a best company bt no with the services that I received today.I have to buy a new ticket whereas I did not used the one that I have already bought.
