Bad Experience when I was told m not in da list

My agent travelit did booking for me on for the 20th if Marc only to find my name was not even on the listThe driver doubled check my name was not there, the driver decided to to call da call centre the lady @ call centre told the driver im only booked for the 21st.How is that possible when I have ticket statin m booked on the 20th.Then da lady said to da driver if you have space take her with as if its my fault and which means f the bus was full I would have been left there to deal wit it myself.On top of it the bus was even late by 40minutes.I am greatly disappointed by this
