BAD EXPERIENCE FROM INTERCAPE AND EMPLOYEES
I went to checkers yesterday to book a ticket for my sister who was going to travel with my daughter, I asked for buses that were available afternoon but not late and was told it is Intercape, I had a doubt of using this bus as my previous experience with it was not OK (the bus was faulty and we were forced to get it fixed at P.E).Having no choice though was doubtful, I decided to buy the ticket for my sister and my child and was asked how old is her and I told the cashier she's 18 months old and she(cashier) said no it is fine there's no need for her to pay, then I paid for my sister a sum of R419.<br> I sent the reference to my sister because she was going to take a bus from King Williams Town (I'm in Cape Town). At about 14:34, she called me telling me that my child suppose to pay and the driver of the bus told her that they'll be taken out of the bus if she does not pay.I asked my sister then to get my money back so that she can look for another bus because I cannot be told that at this time, and she was told that she can't get the money back.I ended up paying this money which was R420 and more than what my sister paid.First experience was bad so is the second one.happened 25 Sept
