bad experience

I had a very bad experience with Intercape bus. i was travelling from Theunissen to Johannesburg. The bus was suppose to arrive at 7h45 however it only arrived at 8h50 without any communication. The toilet inside the bus was smelling terrible. the smell was all over. few of the passengers including me complained to the bus driver but he responded by saying there is nothing he can do we need to be patient until we arrive to our destinations
