Bad experience

Good day I paid a lot of money for me and my son to travel from Mossel bay to Pretoria with the intercape. Firstly the toilets were a nightmare with urine in the toilets not even flushed, no one is checking the hygiene. And then the air conditioning didn't work at all or the driver didn't put it on. We got so hot we almost passed out, it was a nightmare. I demand that the air conditioning be repaired if broken or that the driver switch it on when we return on the 28th of December. I don't approve of this and with all the money i paid.
