Bad Customer Service and Negligence

I would like to report an incident that happened on the 10th of December on SD069 that was going to Butterworth at 17H30. .My partner Sinayo Dyubhule and my son Othalive Dyubhele had a very bad experience from the driver who was so rude and didn't even think of safety of a woman carrying a 2 years old boy and forced my partner to go out of the Bus at night to withdraw cash that he claims that my 2 years boy supposed to have a ticket of which my partner did mention at Shoprite that she is travelling with a 2 years Boy but Cashier didn't advise her to buy ticket for him and even the Consultants who were checking the tickets at the station didnt say anything about a ticket for my son so that we can be aware that we need to buy one for him.

The driver didn't even go with her atleast to make sure She is safe when going to withdraw the money at the ATM.I am so dissapointed and angry the way my partner was humillated infront of everyone and she was crying but to your drivers it seens like she did want to pay even though the mistake was on your side.I also called in on friday and spoke to Kelly Hector and advised me to send email.
