Bad customer service

The drivers were so rude and did not make a stop at Amanzimtoti which was my stop as per the ticket. I contacted their customer service more than 3 times with no resolution provided, they told me that they are not able to get hold of the driver and if I would like to file a complaint I can email their complaints team. I email the complaint team and still have not heard anything from them. Bearing in mind that I was travelling with a minor for a bus to drop me off miles away from my original stop after 23:00 pm. Very poor customer service both from the coach and their customer services advisors, this is proves that proper training is not provided from both ends.
