Bad customer service

Just had an argument with one of the supervisor at JHB terminal and he removed my son from one of their busses that was about to leave in full view of the passengers we booked the 9 pm bus now my son is crying and waiting for the 11pm bus called the call center and my ref is C106492 the supervisor is proud of it.
