Bad Customer Service

I'm so appalled by the service I received at the Durban intercape offices. I sent my husband to postpone a bus ticket for my mother who's unwell and had to be hospitalized, but the customer consultants there just didn't bother as they said we should just contact head office instead. Which they also gave us the run around. At this moment I'm sitting with the bus ticket that was never used ???
