Bad busdrive

I drove on Intercape for many years and never had a bad experience but after not taking the bus for 7years l took the bus again and what a shock on how bad things got.

Firstly the bus was 2hrs late with no sms or update or excuse on why they are so late nor any apoligy. Once on the bus everything was good till l found out on a 9hr busdrive we had 1stop where we could get off the bus for only 10minutes. Not enough time to even go to bathroom l decided l will use onboard toilet...toiletfloor was filthy with urin(cos it was yellow), when l put the seat down l felt my hand wet with what l prayed was water but wanted to wash my hands immediatly just incase but the water didnt work. Atleast l had sanitizer in my bag. Ended up not going to toilet again till l arrived at my destination. Used to get morning coffee but not anymore. So with the bus being so late, not getting a break to get off the bus again l had to go hungry and couldnt have breakfast till 11:30.

I would realy just want to bring this under their attention.
