bad bus service

I actually have no rating for InterCape Bus Service, but your App force me to give a rating. BOOOOOHHHH !!! I had the worst Experience on the Bus from Windhoek to Belville boarding on 16 Dec 2022. Stood in the warm sun for 2 hoursto book in Luggage. They asked where do I want to sit - I said anywhere where it is NOT warm. Spitefully, they put me in the hottest seat - top - right at the back on the Sun side (right hand side) and the curtain was broken. The Aircon was Insufficient and from time to time they switched it off for long times. No communication - Nobody said wether you should fasten your seat belt or explained how the aircon's work or even when we may get off the bus when we stopped. the brochure said there will be movies screened on the bus for entertainment. there were 3 x TV's, but were never even switched on or any reason given why it was even there. The toilets had a basin, but no tap or even Sanitiser to wash hands with. when asked why Aircon's are switched off, they said the people at the bottom gets cold (there were only about 16 people at the bottom and about 40 people at the top) Seems they prefer to rather switch it completely off than to explain to the 16 people how to close the little aircon blower on top of their heads. Worst, worst Travel ever !!!
