BAD BUS EXPERIENCE

On Monday 09 December 2024, i boarded a bus from KWT to JHB (service no IM0207) at 17:45.

The bus traveled overnight only to get stuck just after Kroonstad at approximately 06:00am.

we were informed that the bus ran out of diesel, which did not make sense. it turns out that the fuel gauge system does not work on the console.

the mechanic was called and after a good 2 hours the diesel was replenished, (2 X 25Ltr). the bus was driven to vanderbijlpark BP to top up the Diesel.

the was another delay as the card declined. we had to waste an addidtional hour and half waiting for a solution.

this is unacceptable to say the least as i had to miss a days work due to negligence.

this is poor customer service at its best.

i am dissatisfied with this bad service.
