Bad Bus Driver

<p>Good day,</p> <p>With this I would like to bring to your attention the bus driver of the bus trip as stated below.</p> <p>I am very unhappy with the driver of that bus as he came in to Welkom at 03:31. While we waited for the bus to stop behind Checkers where they always do, the bus took a wrong turn and headed to Odendaalsrus. My aunt phoned and said that when she questioned about the route the co-driver said the the driver does not listen to him as he already told him that he is going the wrong way. As I thought I need to get to this bus I drove to Odendaalsrus found the bus and the crossing which he turned right on the Riebeeckstad road. I thought good to tell the bus driver to follow me as I can see that he is lost, how ever as he did not listen to the co-driver why would he listen to me. So as he was standing next to the road at night with a buss full of people my aunt told them to open the door she wants to get off the bus.</p> <p>Can you just think the fear that my aunt had to experience to want to get off the buss at the middle of the night next to road, lucky she knew that I was behind the bus because I phoned her. By that time it is already 4 o clock in the MORNING !!! The bus driver stopped the bus next to road with an angle of more then 45 degrees very unsafe for all those people.</p> <p>In my life I have never seen a buss driver so *********** to do his job.</p> <p>First off I will never make use of Intercape's services and I will kindly share this experience with friends and family.</p> <p>I am waiting to hear from you</p>
