Bad bad service

This is nonsense. I get an sms from intercape saying the bus will b 1 hour late. Because I booked the 13:15 bus. The 12:15 bus was also late. Which got here (pick up point) 14: 35. I called earlier around 13:15 Nd i was told my bus is by ladysmith. Only to find out dat bus was de 12:15 Nd wen i called I was told the 12:15 bus has passed Harrismith , what I was told was a lie. I called intercape while the 12: 15 nd i was told the driver must call if he agrees to take me. This is ridiculous. Wish grayhond was the one that survived. Intercape lacks service mayb they should render their service to animals period. Employees just wake up nd Go to work, that's what their paid for. Not effort u deservea zero 0 rating. .
