Bad attitude and horrible customer service

The Intercape bus driver have the worst and most stinkiest attitude in this world of like. As much as the bus is so convenient for me, I will never take it again because of the bus drivers attitude. I was at the bus station and 14:22, when my bus was meant to leave at 14:45. These boys were shouting at me like it’s nobody’s business and I found them departing already. Further out of town they had to stop in the middle of nowhere to pick up a client they left at the bus station, of which I’m assuming they managed to chase it and get it on time. Is stopping anywhere even allowed by the company? I’m done, me. Never again shame!!!
