Bad and Poor Service

Hi<br> <br> I would like to advice people who uses the long distance buses to not INTERCAPE BUSES the service is very very poor and there are always late with more tha an hour sometimes.<br> <br> Another big issue is on their terms and conditions on the tickets you buy is not correlating with their call center,We bought a tickets than we decided to cancel it due to certain circumstances we read the terms and conditions that says that when you cancel the tickets you get a refund after 24Hrs but they charge 25% when we call the call center they said we can't get a refund.<br> <br> SO IM ADVICING PEOPLE TO USE ANOTHER BUSES NOT THE INTERCAPE TO AVOID POOR SERVICE OR ARRIVING LATE ALWAYS.<br> <br> Thank you.<br> <br> <br>
