Awful experience with intercape bus service

On Saturday, 16 December 2023 at 07:20, my daughter and I got on the bus from Uitenhage to Bellville. When we stopped at sasol garage in George we were notified that the bus had a mechanical problem and the mechanic had to come from Mossel Bay to assist us. The company then arranged for passengers to get on other busses to get to their different destinations. We got on the first bus that came, that was almost 2 hours later. I was so disappointed because that bus was so unneat, papers lying around and the bin overflowing with litter. We were sitting two rows from the back near the toilet and almost the whole trip from George to Bellville there was that urine smell that came from the toilet when I confronted the driver he said that he thinks that there is no water in the toilet. We arrived in Bellville at about 21:45 that evening. That was the longest trip I ever took to Cape Town.
