Awful Conditio Awful Service

Intercape doesn't deseve this 1 star. I booked a bus to Eastern Cape which was triple the regualr price in December. I paid R1500 for a return ticket. The bus arrived an hour late, it was old and in awful condition, the bathroom was disgusting, no water no tissue, it was hot, the bus itself was hot. It was a terrible 14 hour ride. I have taken Intercape to Mozambique several times at a cost of T300 but way better service and condition. Why is it that EC busses are disgusting yet we pay so much more. To add insult to injury I missed my return bus by 15 minutes, the bus was due to depart at 14:24 and I arrived at 14:45 I jad called to indicate that I was stuck in traffic down the road but the call center could not wait 15 minutes or let me know where I can follow the bus to catch it. Yet passengers are expected to be patient when the bus is over an hour late. Never never ever again will I take an Intercape bus to anywhere. 15 minutes late and lost over R700, no alternative options no nothing. Disgusting service.
