Arrogant and rude Intercape bus driver

I had the worst experience travelling from Durban station to Pretoria station on the 14th August 2022. I took an 8pm bus, bus number 454, first of all the toilet was stinking and the door was not closing you could smell the stench all the way from the bus door we raised the complain with the driver who simply ignored us. We tried to call the bus company but they did nothing. The bus driver was so rude that he never responded to us nor acknowledged our concerns instead he punished us by opening the aircon full blown and we froze all the way from Durban to Pretoria. Not all the driver are bad took bus number 916 on the 13th August the bus drivers were so good to us treated us with care and respect. Intercape please address the arrogance of the driver on 454.
