Appaulling service

I am infact complaining about this company. My aunt is travelling using the Intercape from Midrand to Durban station. The bus attendant Solomon Sibande refused to let my aunt get the correct order at Montrose as my aunt explained they only put a roll and not the meat for my child My child is now sittung in a bus for 8 hours without food. Solomon sibande had the audicity to say that is not his problem and we should go ahead and report him. I would like this matter to be dealt with as a matter of urgency. The bus number is 165.how inhuman is this person Solomon Sibande.
