Appauling service

Im having a very terrible experience today I'm travelling to Durban with my boyfriend and what a Hassel its been! We got here an hour before departures time which was 9am when we got to to dbn the check in desk the guy couldn't even scab the tickets correctly he kept saying there is 4 of us whereby it was just return tickets showing so we wasted 10 mins on that...we finally go out to the bus leaving for Durban and then we pointed to another line as 8110 bus was full, there's no apology no explainatio. We stand in the line for another bus and when it arrives 9:05 we face the nightmare of their horrible service ! Not only there was pushing and shuving we delayed a good 35 mins with no movement in this bus that is 8hrs long drive and no toilets absolute *******!!!
