Appauling service!

I have experienced the worst service ever! I booked a bus which would arrive in cape town by 5am, i waited at the bus stop for almost 5 long hours! No senitation, no water + food, inconvenienced and humiliated! The bus finally arrived the evening, in komani the bus broke again (mind you i need to in cape town by 8am for my appointment which i booked, i missed my appointment! So i came here for nothing! The bus too was filthy! I need to book another bus going home and i need my refund!
