APPAULING Intercape Bus service and Bus Driver

I had the WORST service from intercape buses. We were in a line next to the bus and the driver just drove off! We had to catch a ride in someone's car to catch up with the bus and we even drove in front of the bus trying to stop it but the driver wouldn't stop. We followed the bus to the next stop and the driver would let us in while we had tickets. We had to follow the bus to the next stop and only then we caught up with it and he let us in. The driver's behaviour was despicable to say the least and his attitude towards us was very bad when we confronted him about not stopping and why he left us!. I am very disappointed and disgusted by this behaviour of unprofessionalism and service!.
