APPALLING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These people are ******ing passengers. Their terms and conditions are so disgusting. My brother who is a student missed his bus because the car he was in broke down on the way there. Had to be towed back home. It was at night even worse. So he missed his bus due to an unforeseen circumstances . We called these people to change the date they told us the ticket had been forfeited. Really??? Not even a penalty at least you taking the whole amount. Ridiculous. Never taking this bus ever again nor recommending to anyone.
