Appalling Intercape Parcel Services

Extremely dissatisfied with the Intercape parcel service and their rude staff. I had parcels sent from Durban to Johannesburg and when I went to collect on Monday afternoon, I was told by their staff that the parcel offices are closed. In a very unpleasant tone. No initiative or interest to assist. Nowhere on their website do they stipulate that the parcel service has different operating hours as the main office. And when you send a parcel, they don't bother giving you that information and you are expected to magically know that they have different operating hours for collection for the parcel service. Their call centre staff is as rude as their ticket office staff and are of no assistance. Now I must make another trip, which is a delay as I needed the parcels urgently and money from my pocket driving to their office at their convenience. Don't bother using their parcel service if you want a pleasant experience. Rather check other options. They are a headache.
