Appalling experience

This past weekend I traveled with Intercape, its fair to say I had a horrible experience. I had heard great news about the service provided by the travel line but I was appalled at fact that the toilet on the bus was out of order. Having been on the road for about 8 hours and not having access to the lavatory was such an inconvenience. Furthermore I was repulsed at the non professionalism I saw from the staff, the way in which they addressed myself as a client was far from pleasing. Indeed I am dissatisfied with the service I was provided.
