Apauling service

After phoning at least 12 times, sending 4 emails and using there "contact us" in the last 4 days to cancel my tickets, no one picked up the phone and the call cut after 20 minutes, i was told i was not allowed to cancel. My only two options were to either forfeit the tickets or be charged extra to change the dates. There was even an admin fee on the cancelation.
