ANGRY CUSTOMER BUTTERWOTH BUS NO SHOW

The bus was scheduled for 16:15 and didnt show. This was a bus from Butterworth to Potchefstroom. I waited without communication from Intercape or whatsoever tried to call and no answer even sent an email no answer whatsap no answer . Their 24/7 availability is a lie as no one bothered to call me or sms me on the delay as stated on their website. DISAPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i LEFT AT 18:30 WHICH WAS VERY DARK FOR A WOMEN IN SA WITH ALL THESE GBV ISSUES.
