Amazing service from Intercape Pretoria

I would like to give a compliment Violet and Sylvia from Intercape Pretoria. I had mistakenly booked a ticket from Pretoria to Bloemfontein for 29/10/2019 departing at 16h15 whereas I was supposed to have booked the same bus departing on 28/10/2019. I only noticed this mistake while the bus was already standing outside at 16h18. I immediately reported this to Sylvia in a panic mode and she made me so calm and told me that she will assist. At this point I had to call someone to send me more money so I can top up and get on the bus that was already outside but her patience with me was outstanding. She assisted me so well and ensured that I find a bus. She went as far as going with me to Lydia who was doing check in and Lydia was also so helpful and understanding. Thank you so much once again. The service was amazing.
