abysmal service

The service at intercape is abysmal we had to wait for 2 hours for another bus next to the road apparently the bus had a technical problem which raises the question don't they do inspections before every trip they are putting our lives at risks and just when we we about to leave we had to wait another hour at a Engen garage for one passenger who missed the bus they let a bud full of frustrated customers down because of one I'm exhausted and I trusted their service but not anymore. Don't use them
