Abusive Bus driver and luggage loader

Took a bus from Konstad Engen Mount Currie. Bus was suppose to leave at 19h40, called their call center confirming departing time at 18h30 was told the bus will be by the garage at 19h10. Waited till 20h00 called again to check why is the bus not by the garage yet. Was told the bus got delayed. When the buss arrived at 8h30 the driver started lying to us that the was traffic not knowing already some of us we called call center. When we told him to stop lying. He started swearing at us. Telling us he doesn't care whether we are customers or not. Telling me he's not my husband when I was telling why can't he just be honest. He was even refusing to call out my name to enter the bus. Even the guy who was loading our bags was very rude. So next time kindly hire people who knows what is a customer service. You can't be rude as a service provider to customers who had to wait in the cold. Instead of being apologetic you become aggressive towards the client. Bus number 8119. I will never use your service in my entire life.
