Abuse and insulting by Intercape driver

My wife left Cape Town on Wednesday night and got to PE on Thursday morning. She bought a return ticket. On Thursday night she went to Greenacres for the bus to Cape Town and when she gets there the driver look at her ticket and shows her where to sit. the bus then left but my wife notice that she was in Grahamstown and ask the driver no man what is going on where is the bus going and the driver told her that the buss is going to Durban . My wife was shocked and told the driver that she is going to Cape Town not Durban and the driver ask her but why you get in the Durban bus and my wife response was that I gave you my tickets which states that the ticket is for Cape Town. The driver started insulting my wife and told her he is going to leave her in her Grahamstown. My wife ask him when you look at my ticket and show me the sit what where you thinking. he was upset and wanted to beat my wife and other driver called MM Kunene told him no you were wrong and you should see the tickets direct to Cape Town not Durban and you accepted the ticker and recorded. The driver was upset to other driver because the other driver was telling him the truth even the small tickets was on other paper which he tried to hide it. He again charge my wife R150 as he said he will transfer her to another bus. My wife bought a ticket and why must she paid extra R150 and that money was transfer to his own bank account and I have a proof of payment. He didnt only insulted my wife but still rob my wife some money. My wife did make a complain to Intercape Cape town for the bus which was going to Durban from PE on Wednesday 18:00. We will see what will intercape do about this otherwise we will take this case furthur as my wife was insulted by the man and rob her money. we have the account which we were told to deposit the money to other wise they will leave her in Grahamstown. That was disgusted and not accaptable.
