Absolutely Unacceptable Service

Intercape has the worst service I’ve experienced. The 11:00 bus that was going to joburg from Cape Town(Bellville station) arrived but left us behind because it was “full.” We were told another pass was coming, yet no one could tell us when.

We were left standing in the sun for some time with zero communication. Bus only arrived around 12:30, and even then there was still confusion.

When we went to the office to demand answers, the staff did not even apologize, worse they give you attitude . No accountability, no customer care, just pure disrespect. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I will not recommend their services.
