Intercape bus has no professionalism and no responsibility for their actions yesterday I was in a bus from Lady smith to Butterworth while we were approaching mthatha the bus door where luggage stays just got opened and the luggages came out unfortunately my suitcase was broken when I wrote n email they said they will get back to me when I reach the destination of my trip I asked the driver that what will happen cause I need my suitcase he said the suitcase will be bought by the intercape company and he took my details till now no call or nothing only to receive an email saying the intercape bus has nothing to do wugh any damage or loss even if it's their fault
