A very worst service

I have been standing at Wochester since 8pm, bus left Cape Town at 5pm, we have a breakdown, the pipes are leaking. I don't understand how such a big business as Intercape would not ensure the safety of customers by ensuring the busses are being serviced and able to drive for long distance. I am so angry and hungry. We were meant to stop at Langsburg. It's been 4 ****en hours, almost 5 now.
