A bunch of *********** idiots for front desk employees

Worst customer service ever, I don’t lie travelling with the stupid buses for a reason. It was literally my first and last time using these *********** fools, who have no way of communicating with customers. The coloured lady and the ***got of a manager or whatever he was, should go for training on how to interact in-front of customers, also they were not saying anything rude, because I understand Afrikaans, but English is a universal and professional language, which they should stick to and not that ghetto Afrikaans they were speaking. I am so disappointed in the level of ignorance, for front desk people even the luggage weigher guys is more friendly, polite and professional more than them.
