3 breakdowns in one trip

I departed this morning at 5:30 in bus nr 1, not even 30 min into the trip we stop. We wait until 9am for bus nr 2 to pick us up we did not even travel 10m before being stopped again and being told sorry we have to wait for a third bus. I was supposed to leave at 5:30 it is now 10:00 and I have not even left yet. Horrible experience and honestly they didn’t do much to make the situation any better.
