2X HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

On the 31/08/23 a bus from JHB to Margate, had a stinking smell of urine not sure if the toilet was not cleaned but it was horrible having to exhale that smell. AGAIN on the 3/09/2023 the bus from Margate to JHB and guess what there was cold air coming in to the bus from the side of the seats by the window, alerted the drivers about this but they unfortunately could not fix it. This was a horrible experience as I had to take my own clothing to cover where the air was coming from, this company can do better than THIS! I do not book the bus to encounter silly mistakes especially TOILET & AIRCORN not acceptable at all
