2h45min late!Hhayi!

I’m not impressed with intercape right now. I’m traveling with my 5 kids to Dirban on the 6am bus.We were left in a bus for 2 hours and 45 mins while waiting to exchange a bus.No one was providing feedback regarding the long awaited bus until I had to calll the call Centre. When we go to the replacement bus there were already passengers who refused to keep the same seating arrangement citing non-reserved seating, even though we were promised it would be the same.Kids are irritable now...I’m irritated.Please consider other bus liners if time is of essence to you and to maintain your peace especially if you are traveling with kids.Yo! Hhayi!
