2 hours late

Hello, Im highly dissapointed in your services. I booked a bis for departure a at 8:00am for arrival at 6:20am in Durban. As I write this we are still on the road driving to Durban and looks like we will arrive at 8:30am. I had commitents for 10am at home and looks like I will miss the funeral. Was was the point of traveling from JHB to Durban for a funeral I wont attend.

Im really dissatisfied, dissapointed and highly inconvenienced. Id like to know why the bus too so long and was this trip done for the first time that we are delayed for 2 hours.

Id also would like to know what will you do to compensate for mytime wasted.
