17h30 Intercape sleepliner bus Cape Town to Jozi

Luzelle Wagenaar at the Intercape office at the Cape Town is one of the worst customer service agents I'd met in a long time. So there I was trying to reserve the bottom front seats for myself and my kids and I was told it was first come first serve. Until i met Luzelle Wagenaar who said its reserved for senior citizens disabled and pregnant persons. Yet 20 minutes later I find young abled persons seated in these seats.... This person I was told is the boss yet she has no way of dealing with others. I hope intercape can deal with this. Promptly
