Intercape bus service is currently running like a taxi. I bought a ticket for 10:00 night from Pmb to jhb. Passengers were moved around from bus to bus to suit drivers needs not to drop off in Pmb. Drivers are rude, between the move from bus to bus there was uncer*****y about luggage being moved. These drivers are extremely rude.

Intercape used to run best service but today I was extremely disappointed. Book intercape at your own risk. It's gone worst. I'm in a bus now I have sent an email to infor@ intercape.co.za I'm sure they won't even read it
