PENDING BETS NOT CLEARED .

We not we have winning bets that's pending , when enquiry about it we get told from names will be mentioned it's not there problem...it's a TOTE bet . . Why do you have a platform that cannot perform and people that working on this platform.with attuide, we as customers must call in serveral times and mail , without get helped and we get ignored . This is our monies , weather it R1 or R100....never treat people that way .. People need to know the service is terrible so as the people working there ...Michelle Weber, spoken to.with a dnt care maner .. Kegeen, Marcel Moodely , Pravshni , via mail.... that's how we get ignored and treated . . Very disturbing..yet it's our monies support them to earn a wage ...
