Interbet robbing me

I have 3 queries now 1.EFT of immediate payment made on the 18Jun around 21h00 still not resolved proof emailed and they said Capitec query takes 15 minutes 2. EFT of immediate payment today just after midnight not showing proof emailed again. 3. They sent a communication saying if you load money to bet you can't get R100 that was all lies

They sent a response saying I should send a statement from my main account but deposits were made from my flexible account all of them so I'm not sure what's happening since they are not explaining why. The proof was sent from the account used to do both the deposit all I want is my money not stories please. A phone call also *** is expected so they can update me and tell me why they need statement which was not used to pay for my betting.
