Highly dissapointed in Interbet

I have an account with Interbet.I won R2000 and requested a withdrawal of R1000 leaving my account with a credit balance of a R1000. I went in later in the day to place some bets only to find out my account was on R0 balance and I could not place my bets.Called the help contact no. and was told by a lady she would look into the reason why and get back to me, which she never did.(very poor service from customer support in my opinion.) Not being able to place my bets led to a financial loss on my side. Turns out a mistake by them on their payments side with FNB resulted in them making 2 different payments to my FNB account of R1000 , what should have happened to rectify their mistake, was for them to reverse the 1 incorrect payment THEY made out of my bank account and not just go into my interbet betting account to remove my funds that were there for my bets. One would at least expect a call from them to explain their mistake and discuss a suitable option to rectify their mistake. I have no faith in them after what they did and your funds in your account are NOT SAFE OR SECURE . How they can do this after mistakes on their side without calling you first is beyond me and shows their customers are not valued. Highly disappointed in what I thought was a reputable safe betting site.(Multiple well known trainers singing their praises as the site to bet with , and then things like this are done to prove the trainers wrong.)
