Annoyed customer

I am very unhappy with Interbet I did direct deposit of which they say it reflects immediately and been writing to support without assistance,why are they having support if they not going to assist us.

I just want my money and stop betting there. What makes me angry is that it was direct ozow deposit and now they are asking for proof and not coming back to me.
