Poor service intershu online/ipanema

Extremely poor service from ipanema and intershu distributors. Purchased a pair of shoes onlineand made immediate payment . 3 days after nothing has been dispatched. When trying to contact them on ***/*** regarding the non processing and dispatching of my order no one answers. Absolutely useless service
